The Back Story

Kooked" someone made a fool of themselves, usually by falling and ruining a wave (insert anything hard worth doing really). An enduring term for someone who is a little strange, eccentric or crazy.

Goose lighthearted insult for someone who has done something silly.

We’ve kooked hiring more than we care to admit. Now we help others avoid a wild goose chase, particularly when the risk of getting it wrong is high.

Led by Warren, an independent recruitment specialist with 17 years’ experience, he’s spent the last nine building the Kiwi SaaS success ezyVet. That’s him there, what a goose!

Frustrated by the wild goose chase when hiring critical roles Warren saw an opportunity to avoid a lot of wasted time and effort. Not by cutting corners or reinventing the wheel. He found success through precise discovery and alignment.  

The concept is simple, exec search does this as a rule though usually reserved for c-suite hiring and at significant cost with retained commitment. We remove those barriers to help you make confident hiring decisions for any hire before you burn time and money. Armed with tangible information business leaders can make informed decisions fast.
